I don't have oath email they never send me
Every processing office sends oath invite from specific email address. If your oath is not getting set you can drop an email to that address and ask for an update. These email generally helps in awakening the deeply sleeping processing office to acknowledge you existence and set your oath.
You need to follow these things if processing ETA has lapsed
1) Regular email to processing office oath email address asking for update
2) Call IRCC for update
3) Take MP office help
4) Ask for update via webform
I would do this every week. They might stop responding but you should not stop asking for update. Don't be rude or angry, just be gracious in asking for update.
