Try calling IRCC as your application has now exceeded the standard processing timeline of 19 months. I did just that on June 8th and asked to have a review of my file. My LPP was updated a few days later. Not sure if that was the reason but it's worth trying. If an agent refuses to help call...

My LPP has been stuck at In-Progress since February. According to an IRCC service agent it hasn’t even been started yet. Mississauga office. Looks like I might have to wait until August to escalate as it will be past normal processing time (unless they change it).

Same timeline as you and I'm also waiting for my LPP to be completed. I'm about to send an email to an MP but I imagine it won't do much.

Congrats! I have almost the exact same timeline as you, so hopefully my LPP will be completed soon also. Have you done anything to nudge them, like requesting GCMS notes, reaching out to MP, etc.?

Does anyone know if there are any extra steps between the background check and a test invite? I’m trying to understand why my background check was completed in July of 2022 but no test has been scheduled yet. IRCC agents don’t help and I’m still waiting for my ATIP notes.

Which email address did you send your email to? I'm curious to try and do that myself. I've had no updates since Jul. 19 when my background check was marked as "completed" and my AOR is Feb. 03. No idea why it is taking so long for them to send a test invite.
