But just noticed that my background check was marked completed yesterday.

I got 3 ghost updates, 1st on September 23, 2nd on September 26 and the last ghost update was on October 07.

Still no changes on the progress, no Background complet or Test invite letter.

February 1st applicant, BC.

Looks like the Citizenship tracker website got updated today (Oct 13). Asked me to refresh password.

When i log on now, i see a ghost update from Oct 7th (when I checked yesterday, it was still “Last update: March 23”)

everything is still in progress/not started.
Did anyone else get a ghost update on 7th ?

Oh, I also finally received my GCMS notes (compiled Oct. 11) and absolutely nothing has started. Could this be the cause of my ghost update ? Or are they separate ?

Sorry, can you please help me. I reset my password and received verification code, where I should now enter this new code? Should I create new account? I already have account but after they update website I can not enter to my account

Go to: Sign in to your status tracker. Don't create a new account

So I went to this website:

And when I enter my password it says there are errors. It says below that we should reset password, I request reset, and received verification code, so what next? With my old password it doesn’t let me to enter. How to update password after receiving verification code?
Sorry just confuse, I was checking my status every day but now I can’t enter
