I thought I couldn't land there today and all other bridges have huge lines of trucks (and also quite far) and made an appointment and was told that it will take up to 6 weeks... That was before the bridge was reopened at 3. Btw, have you received your PR card by any chance?

I drove to 1000 islands today and had to wait because of the protesters blocking the bridge today but eventually landed!

If you are landing inland as a CEC applicant, do you need anything other than Passport, CoPR, Current work permit / proof of implied status? Heard that you may need a proof of fund, but CEC does not have a POF requirement.

Looks like it was stuck in the System for some reason... I emailed Sydney on Monday and they sent it at 7am on Tuesday. It could also be the system maintenance. Btw, how long did it take for you to receive CoPR after passport submission? Where did you go to land?

Some officers can be faster while others can be slower... GCMS has this alphanumeric code under "Assigned to," which I think is either the code for the officer or the visa office.

Do you happen to know which officer your application is assigned to (can be found in GCMS notes)?

Mine has been like that since July... apparently lot of people notice the change from “submitted” to “application/profile updated” right before PPR (no changes in details, hence “Ghost”)
