I received the letter on June 16th and submitted the papers on July 5th. Now waiting. What about you?

6-12 months seems like the average processing time after you’ve received the letter indicating you are being considered under less complex cases.

What you mean bu asking hearing???
The hearing is scheduled by them not me.

if you are talking about new option on IRB website for reserved lit of hearing,That is for who received hearing invitation.
I have not received anything.maybe my case decided without hearing

Sometimes when ur case need hearing they contact ur lawyer fo schedule an hearing .. ur lawyer agree on a date and give his availablity then hwaring accurs

Yes u should definately check with ur lawyer.. might be it needs a hearing but ur lawyer has a busy schedule so he doesnt set the time.. ask him and let us know about this.. will wait for ur reply

Because to my lawyer 4 cases are less complex ... Two of them got hearing when my lawyer asked the update and remaining two doesnt need hearing but still waiting for decision

My lawyer asked for an update in March and they responded there is no update on your claim and you have to wait until your case is assigned to officer or finalized later.

Ok it means lawyer didnt ask for any recent update..?? Because my lawyer told me in june that ur file doesnt need hearing and u just wait for decision... Anyhow Ask recent update from lawyer and Best Of Luck..
