This is for the refugee status not PR status.. When u got PR no.2 and no. 3 options will be excluded..

Sorry ur info is wrong i got my passport last month and at that time i asked that cbsa officer that can i use this for travel.. she said yes u can but u cant go back to home country

No nothing.. only pre arrival and eleigubilty passed letter.. what ur visa office and r u included in pilot program for dependands ?

Yes u can renew ur passport.. its online.. google it.. otherwise visit nearest pakistan embassy.. and after that u could get visa on pak passport and fly
