    No, you do not need any new medical to renew if you are not working in health care and child care. No, you do not need a new personal photo. I used my 8 months old photo. I think, it's better not to upload a too old photo.

    Yes. When you complete the imm5710e form, select the submission date in the expiry date. ( i.e. if you are submitting today, select today's date in expiry).

    You do not need a guarantor-signed photocopy of your original passport. You can use a scanned/photocopy of your seized passport.
