No My lawyer asked an update from RPD In Response they said your claim neither assigned to decision maker nor decided and we will inform you as soon as your case finalized. I submitted my documents for less complex on Nov 2021!

My lawyer asked for an update in March and they responded there is no update on your claim and you have to wait until your case is assigned to officer or finalized later.

What you mean bu asking hearing??? The hearing is scheduled by them not me. if you are talking about new option on IRB website for reserved lit of hearing,That is for who received hearing invitation. I have not received anything.maybe my case decided without hearing
