My dilemna

August 05, 2022 - Visa Approved. Send passport to VFS manila for visa stamping.
August 08, 2022 - update my agent what should I do because August 15, 2022 os the deadline for visa in my school. She replied that she will be uploading information on my account that I have already visa approved.
August 13, 2022 - Received email from my school that my offer letter have been revoked because of visa delay. Although I have already been approved and informed the school about this.

What should I do? I already booked my flight. Can be this revised?

Why would they revoke if the deadline to submit the visa isn’t until August 15? Something doesn’t add up.

I already contacted my agent regarding this and waiting for the response of school’s representative. Can this be revised?

My agency is partnered with the school that’s why I need to update her. I just hope this is just a misunderstanding or a glitch in there system. As far as I know, August 08, 2022, my agent uploaded documents on my application for proofs that I have already received my visa approval.

Sault College. That’s what I’m thinking. I think she didn’t uploaded the documents last Monday. I’m so confused and drained. I thought I’m all cleared up. I just hope this problem will be solved. Especially I already booked a flight.

In my opinion your agent is trying to cover up a mistake. This is why your agent has said to work through her. She messed up.

It's good that you have contacted the school directly and hopefully they can restore your offer.

You most likely will not get a response on a weekend. Did you pay your tuition for first semester by the deadline, which was August 13, no? August 15 is when class schedules are released.

So if it is August 15, it should not have been revoked yet. Seems your agent is lying or not on the ball.
