No you do need AAIP to draw. You can't get an NOI unless AAIP selects you from the ExpressEntry pool in one of their draws.

As far as i know, there was no draw and i received the email today from Alberta (AINP-PROD.S@gov.ab.ca) for submitting the application within 30 days.
If i am not wrong after submitting the application, then they will take 2-3 months to send the actual nominations under PNP and give 600 point, last stage i belive is to get an ITA from EE.

Please guide if my understanding is not correct.

I wanted to ask if you have a job offer when you created the EE profile? Cause the official AAIP site mentioned for general EE stream, job offer is not a must.. so am struggling if I should create profile now with FSW outland.
Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you!

Here is the scenario my friend:
Not sure who told me but Work permit today stands at 54 weeks. So i will not be able to go on a work permit.
AINP claims that PR will be processed in 6 months and once you get a nomination Alberta govt is ready to expedite your work permit.
So this will be case for all people waiting for work permit directly.
