+1 to that, same for me. I was also able to use the CoPR to extend my health card (I am in AB and health cards have an expiry date if you're a temporary resident; you get one without an expiry date once you get PR. This may be different if you are in a different province).

So the eCoPR was downloadable from the portal, but they did send an email to tell me that it was available for download there.

No I have no idea, but I will update here when I receive it.

Interesting, yeah that's how I did it too, I have a consultant as well and they forwarded the IRCC email to me. Then I copy-pasted the contents of the original email, as well as the subject line. Maybe you can try responding to the same address and tell them you don't have login info!? This is...

Hmm my email had a temporary password, that's odd... Did you at any point in the past create an account on the PR Portal with the same email you used to respond to them? Like before they contacted you about finalizing your PR process?

Okay I think I've got a good news update? Was just checking my application status today, and it said "Application Updated" (so I received a Ghost Update basically), and they must have extended my medical, since it now shows up as Medical Passed again! I am hoping that this is a good sign...
