I have a question regarding the Tech NOCs in light of the Accelerated Tech Pathway. So, with this new pathway introduced, does it mean that the tech NOCs without any job offer won't be considered under normal Alberta Express Entry Stream?

Thanks for the response! Do you think it would help if I change my NOC to either 2174 or 2175? (both are similar to my work like 2173) Another path for me would be improving my IELTS score, if only I can get to 7 from 6 in writing, my CRS would jump to 430+

Why's that? Isn't 2173 an in demand NOC for Alberta?
