sure you can add more pictures with dates and description, just do not forget to add a cover page explaining the reason why you add them.

hello people! I have a problem .I did not write anything on the pictures and I forgot to write down when was the pictures taken. When I passed my application of sponsorship back in september to CIC-M. I only explained the events on one sheet. And now that my application is in manila.my wife received a letter to send her passport and other docs to the manila visa office of canadian embassy.I'm thinking is it ok to attach more pictures now with dates and everything at the back of te pictures. I'm afraid that after my wife send her passport, next month they'll ask again for more pictures.

I wouldn't send more unless they have requested it. From what I know is a passport request is the final step a very good sign that your visa is on it's way.
