13 moths was processing times when I applied so PR should be getting October 2015, let say November.
I suppose is an Budget and organizational issue, basically CIC is using he same resources but are focused in EE.
Nothing to say you all well know, it's a nightmare for people awaiting but I'm afraid we can't do nothing about it. (Except apply to EE, if posssible)
What's more irrational is that EE is super flawed and doesn't work for some highly qualified old 2014 CEC applicants.
A senior colleague of mine doesn't have Canadian credentials and his CRS score is only 390 without ECA. I have no idea how long it will take him to get ECAs. He did Ph.D in the US at one of the top schools ( one of Stanford, Cal-Tech, MIT and UC Berkeley), for privacy I don't tell which one but take a guess. Now he got stuck with old 2014 CEC too. DAFUQ!!
When Canada allows this flawed system flying around and bashing highly qualified PR applicants, I can see now where this country is going.
