I'm not sure you have enough time if you're just kicking off the process now. You need to have the actual nomination in order to extend your work permit. I guess you can try and see what happens. However make sure you have a plan B in place in case you don't have the nomination before you work permit expires.egodym said:What about the Ontario Nominee Program? I read in one of your previous posts that the LMIA process can take as long as 4 months, and also at least one month should be added since the employer needs to advertise the position first. Would it be possible to keep working during all this processing time even if the PGWP will be expired?
You can only continue working if your employer receives a positive LMIA and you submit a work permit extension before your PGWP expires.egodym said:Thanks a lot scylla.
