Working in Quebec , Spouse holding PR

Hello guys. Am working in quebec and currently on work permit, my wife is a Permanent Resident and she is also staying with me in quebec, am i eligible to apply under family sponsorship with federal govt or do i have to go through quebec , if i am still willing to stay in quebec even after getting my PR.

Both. You apply federally and during that process, apply to Quebec as well.
