Hi Yoboy,

which way did use to send your police certificate to the embassy
I am based in Doha, I plan to send them by email, as they mentionned email or by mail (ARAMEX)
By the way it looks that only applicant from Qatar should undergo a medical examination, and other gulf countries are exempted from it

Speaking Listening Reading Writing

B 4 4.0 4.5 3.5 4.0

This the minimum requirement for NOC catagory B as per their Immigration guide document 5609e.pdf
And your NOC is C and ur scores are more than the above.
So i think you can get through easily.

Interview........:N/A
Passport Req..: Original PP submitted w/ application
VISA received...: 24-10-2012
so pleased all applicant in this forum be wait everybody gonna be grant visa soon .by the way this is my second application 1st application is rejected because of the reason the agent who doing my paper is fake,and representative who is not authorized and lack on a balance of probabilities, over charge a significant placement fee from this agent. , this reason my application rejected. After its happen I apply through www.jobbank.gc.ca I find employer and got approved .So all of person I highly suggested to do not go to this kind of agent and person especially based on UAE who doesn’t registered in Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC).

Absolutely right jovie. Eid Mubarak 2 u. you are on the line .i passed one month notice period to my current employer so end of November must coolest season I am gonna be there .as I am from cold country winter is not a matter . Good luck for you

I sent them by mail as they asked for originals.

But I believe that if I scan and send the original one, it is still the original
My understanding is that it should not be a translation, as they mentionned clearly that they need to be sent in two ways, and one of them is
via email, thay also mentionned that it is their preferred way to send the documents.

Bad news that my work permit visa has been refused due to the following reasons: The officer said that the job I am applying for requires an LMO. My employer did not provide an LMO because the job I am applying for is "Research Assistant" at the university and I am receiving research award. The CIC website says that research assistants do not require LMO and it is considered to be from the LMO exempt.
Any idea??

Let him apply for LMO.
