Is it okay to apply for Work Permit (new employer) with only LMO at hand? I mean I was not provided a formal EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT because the employer said the details of employment are already contained in the LMO. I don't have the guts to insist it with my employer, so I just opted to ask you guys in this forum. Anyone who had experienced that? I mean, WP approved without employment contract.

Please help. Thank you.

GOOD LUCK..!

Thank you. I finally had the guts to ask my employer but he sent me an email attachment of letter of offer with his company logo, but the letter of offer was unsigned :-\ ... I aked him and he said it would be fine even without the signature. Do you think it will be okay with CIC?

An old question but for the ones reading it:
The contract must be signed by both the employer and employee.
