Hello everyone,

Firstly I am new to this website but having read a few of the threads do feel that this is an amazing forum to share your ideas and experiences with regard to canada immigration.

Well I am in the process to apply for my visa under the FWP and I am residing and working in Dubai. I will apply to the Canada Embassy Abu Dhabi. I have a few questions for anyone who may assist:

1. After receiving the LMO which all documents need to be sent to the embassy?
2. Do I need to send my Original Passport in the initial application?
3. Incase passport is send only after receiving call/email from the embassy to submit original passport then for how many days/months approx. embassy will hold the passport.
4. Has anyone faced an issue where your current employer (Present Company) does not allow you to keep the passport away from their HR for a very long duration even incase you have applied for a foreign visa.

Hi Iams

Here is the link for the requirements for TWP applicants, it says there that if you cannot send the orig passport to the embassy, you can submit initially the copy of the bio data page however if the visa has been approved they will request for your orig pp for stamping.

Sa mga nabasa ko s thread this will not take more than a week...you can read some of the thread for those under FSW im sure there are lot of infos you can get.

so pleased all applicant in this forum be wait everybody gonna be grant visa soon .by the way this is my second application 1st application is rejected because of the reason the agent who doing my paper is fake,and representative who is not authorized and lack on a balance of probabilities, over charge a significant placement fee from this agent. , this reason my application rejected. After its happen I apply through I find employer and got approved .So all of person I highly suggested to do not go to this kind of agent and person especially based on UAE who doesn't registered in
