nothing to worry my dear, same thing with yoboy, he didnt send aramex air way as well, CIC abu dhabi is having aramex as their courier, they will send thru that only and you just have to pay them upon delivery chill

I see, i am here in Riyadh so i hope the same will apply in CIC Riyadh

That is right. In Riyadh also its the same. While sending the package i had inquired from the ARAMAX, they said Either you include Return airway bill or not, the documents will come back through ARAMAX only and they would contact the applicant. Sometimes Embassy also sms the ARAMAX AWB no for the applicant to track.

embassy asked me for police clearnce. they already had my passport. when i sent them PC. they took 25 days and i got my visa.

NOC CLB Levels Test results for each ability
Speaking Listening Reading Writing

B 4 4.0 4.5 3.5 4.0

This the minimum requirement for NOC catagory B as per their Immigration guide document 5609e.pdf
And your NOC is C and ur scores are more than the above.
So i think you can get through easily.
