I received a mail from The embassy through aramex, requesting the following:

1 Police clearance certificate from the countries where I lived more than 6 months.
2 Recent and original employment certificates, showing period of work, salary and working hours(depsite that I already sent them)
3 Request to carry out a medical examination.

If you already have included the second item then it will be really strange,
What about the police clearance did you include it along with your application?
Why they send you through ARAMEX normally there are sending Email.You did not mention the email address in your application?

Please check the link that is the current processing times under Live In Caregiver Program in Canada

Embassy Abu Dhabi. It is 12-14 months on the go. I assume you applied under Live In Caregiver Program.

By the way, may I know what is your current job here in Dubai? Thanks...

I attached my employment certificates, but I did not mention the working time per week and the annual rates, as per my company policy should be requested seperatly.
I received it through Aramex since I already attached a return airways bill, moreover they attached a medical examination request with my picture attached to it.
I sent my application on the 28/08/2012.
Noc 0711.
I did not sent the police clearance, as this is not a must as shown on the website. Any way I got them ready, only thing is that the work certif as I need to contact my previous employer and they are in other country.

Did you receive any SMS from the Embassy stating that ur passports are being sent by courier and the AWB bill is xxxx.
Any sms you received from the Embassy? or you directly got a call from ARAMAX?

It was direct call from aramax.

Aramex will send SMS or call you once they have your passport to confirm the delivery time and location.

dont worry, aramex is online and once they recieved your passport, they have this scanner gadget thing on their hand and scanning the barcode, its automatically getting into their line and automatically sending message to you, once you recieve a message you have to call them back for delivery arrangement i knew it because am always using aramex in sending docs and office stuffs as well as online purchases

nothing to worry my dear, same thing with yoboy, he didnt send aramex air way as well, CIC abu dhabi is having aramex as their courier, they will send thru that only and you just have to pay them upon delivery chill
