this is sad. but as you said, God has a purpose. anyway,why do you think is the reason that you did not meet the job requirements? pls share so that we can learn from it.

@Rajaryan,

To be honest I've no idea how they thought I did not meet the job requirements. The job I was to supposed to do in Canada is the same job I held in Saudi Arabia with the same company for 8 years. I guess this has something to do with the withdrawal of my employer to my contract since we will not meet the deadline set.

My degree is Bachelor of Library Science, which is totally different from my current job. The lawyers pushed through with my application and the LMO did not state that it was required to have a degree on the same job.

@BG,
I am so sorry for you friend. But I am sure there will be something much more for you which will make ur life happier.
Please tell me, when did you receive the email from the Embassy?? You mentioned that you received the passports from Aramax and the rejection letter today. But the Embassy might have emailed you right that "your application has been finalized and ur documents have been returned by aramax AWB XXXXX"
Did you receive any email from Embassy ?? Or you directly got a call from Aramax??

I did not receive any email from the embassy. I just got a call from the courier from our reception this morning that he has a delivery for me.

maybe that is the reason. I read it in the description based on your noc code that a bachelors degree is required.

@BG,

did you mention this to your lawyer?? what do they have to say in this.. At least the ycan now check with the EMbassy request for CAIIPS notes on ur application and determine exactly what was the cause of your rejection.

@cjj23

I don't think so friend because if only bachelor degree could be the reason the nthe VO would have rejected the application much earlier. I already have the experience as because of missing documents as mentioned in the LMO, they rejected my application in one day.

The lawyers are aware of this. They won't carry-on with my application if they thought this was the requirement. In my LMO there is no mention of a requirement for a Bachelor's degree.

Like I suspected, the lawyers have contacts in Canada, i.e. Case Manager, Program Manager and I think the employer requested the lawyers to withdraw my application.

Good Morning Gentlemen. Today I received our passports from Aramex and unfortunately the work permit was rejected. The reason for the rejection was not able to demonstrate that I adequately meet the job requirements of my prospective employment.

Today I conclude my waiting time and woud like to thank you all for the support and the hope that you provided during my entire waiting period. I wish you all good luck and I pray that you may all have positive results. As for me, I will continue to work with my current employer and will continue to find better opportunities elsewhere. God has a reason for this and will wait for His perfect time for His plan.

I feel so sad for the decision and also socked that the embassy refuse to give you visa. I hope God have something better for you in your future. Thanks, you are always informative for this forum. God bless you.

@Hasho,

Thanks and you're welcome. God has plans for me in the future. No need to be sad as I'm confident that more opportunities will come in God's time.

@BG

that really really strange my friend. Last thing I knew was ur lawyers were trying their best to get you to Canada. They were contacting higher authorities to get ur visa. Now you say on the notice of ur Employer the Lawyer has withdrawn ur application. In this case The Employer or the Lawyer should have contacted you and should have at least informed you of their action.
Did ur lawyer confirm this that they indeed requested back ur application??
