Hello Guys! Sorry for the late update. I've been busy with work this morning. As for update on my case, my lawyer did not get any answer yet. I also lost my interest in my application for work permit due to some misunderstanding with my employer. Even if I get my work permit this week I wouldnt have the same excitement I hade earlier. I might probably apply for FSW after this.

What about the dead line for this week?? If ur visa doesn't arrive by this week as you said you had already resigned, will your current employer again retain you??

Deadline is still set and yes I resigned already but my company is willing to retain me if I decided to stay. Let's just see whether the visa is approved this week.

I really dont have anything new or any changes in my application Mr. Rajaryan.

I am just trying to see things in a more positive way while being busy in my current job.

Again I can see the waiting tires us and hopes slowly fading.... Surely in our minds, we rather want the results whatever it is so we can apply changes in our plans.....

BG is right, after all these long waiting, the excitement doesn't exist anymore... It affects our employer which they thought the process is easy here in KSA, US who think we can have the results after 6 to 8 weeks and the rest of the guys who are reading our threads.

Anyway, still hoping that we can have a very good week starting today

Brothers, my experience shows that for any application to be processed 90 days are very very normal. and we should subtract at least 2 weeks for the Christmas and new year. So I strongly believe that after 23rd December this week would be the first that they have started working on our files.
So take not one, not two, not three, not four but a lot of DEEP BREATHS.

Good Morning Gentlemen. Today I received our passports from Aramex and unfortunately the work permit was rejected. The reason for the rejection was not able to demonstrate that I adequately meet the job requirements of my prospective employment.

Today I conclude my waiting time and woud like to thank you all for the support and the hope that you provided during my entire waiting period. I wish you all good luck and I pray that you may all have positive results. As for me, I will continue to work with my current employer and will continue to find better opportunities elsewhere. God has a reason for this and will wait for His perfect time for His plan.

This is strange. I thought that if the Embassy wants to reject, they reject it within the average processing time. After 12 weeks if they reject? then it is really a matter of concern.
You said you received ur passports today? So When did they mail you??

this is sad. but as you said, God has a purpose. anyway,why do you think is the reason that you did not meet the job requirements? pls share so that we can learn from it.
