Like I suspected, the lawyers have contacts in Canada, i.e. Case Manager, Program Manager and I think the employer requested the lawyers to withdraw my application.

The lawyers are aware of this. They won't carry-on with my application if they thought this was the requirement. In my LMO there is no mention of a requirement for a Bachelor's degree.

I did not receive any email from the embassy. I just got a call from the courier from our reception this morning that he has a delivery for me.

My degree is Bachelor of Library Science, which is totally different from my current job. The lawyers pushed through with my application and the LMO did not state that it was required to have a degree on the same job.

@Rajaryan, To be honest I've no idea how they thought I did not meet the job requirements. The job I was to supposed to do in Canada is the same job I held in Saudi Arabia with the same company for 8 years. I guess this has something to do with the withdrawal of my employer to my contract...

Deadline is still set and yes I resigned already but my company is willing to retain me if I decided to stay. Let's just see whether the visa is approved this week.

Any bank statements as long as they are updated and active will do. Your bank statements here in Saudi Arabia will state how much income you are getting on a monthly basis and will provide proof that you are employable after your contract in Canada.

@cjjc23, I submitted 6 months of bank statements. The proof of funds will support evidence that once you finished your contract you will have a good chance of getting employed elsewhere. This is just my opinion.

@Rajaryan, Yesterday I sent a mail to my lawyer. She said they will make a follow-up to the Program Manager today. I'm still waiting for their feedback. My days are already numbered and I'm afraid it's getting closer and closer to my deadline.
