Ask ur Employer to include the Exp required for the exact or less period of which you can show the proof of relevant experience. Then I guess you can get through easily. But still u will need the documents for LSG because as per the IMM1295.pdf form for Application for Temp work permit outside Canada, you have to show the complete details of ur last 10 yrs of work / study.
So any how you have to include all the documents as much possible in ur application although the VO may consider only ur 22 months.
The more you include the documents, the more you increase ur chances of Approval.
Do you suppose to file Income Tax returns in England when you were working for LSG?? IF yes then that documents will also me essential to show the VO that you were a lawful worker of England paying all ur taxes.

I already said to my consultant to keep d experience like .... Needed exp. for d post to cook is 22 months , if thy did no worries ...
I was included my income tax return papers of england in my 1st application , ,so we don't need to worry about it!..

Actually my case is being handled by the lawyer of my Employer. She prepared my application package this time. So thats how I came to know about all these stuffs.

And I given to my friend tht my previous employer job offer,reference, relieving letter of xerox to do in tht format , with LSG SKY CHEF dates..... hope he will do tht work by Friday bro but not shore , he said he will by we can't get payslips and etc..., anything else to do my dear raja ?

Yes dear everything happens for good.
For ur current Employment, Pay slips is not an issue as you are showing the joining date as nov 1 and u will be re applying ur TWP by nov end. So its obvious you cant get the salary slip without completing ur 1 month in a firm. So offer letter, joining letter and Employment certificate of ur current (friends restaurant) is more than sufficient. Don't forget that in all the documents that ur fnd is giving, he needs to include the restaurant's letter head. (company name, complete address, email id(if you are including email id then it should be official email id. gmail ,yahoo etc general email id will not do), phone no etc clearly mentioned. It might happen the VO could call /email/ contact / physically visit(very very rarely) to inquire about the authenticity of ur current Employment.

Ohh god damn then again it will be a big problem to me,

becoz my friends restaurent doesn't hav a employment certificate , official email I'd , letter head , except a phone number, becoz it's not a star category restaurant , it's just normal multicusine restaurent.. Bro

We thought may be we can make a letter head on his name of his restaurent and his email id and his phone number and address of his restaurent.... Wht u have to do bro

Not a prob bro. Ask ur fnd to make a good letter head with the name of the Restaurant. Add the complete address and the phone no. Try to include a landline no and not any mobile no. This would be fine.
Employment certificate is nothing fancy. Ask ur friend that in the letter head as a paragraph like
TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
This is to certify that Mr. RAN (Complete name as in passport) Employee no xxxx had been working in our restaurant from XXX date as < Designation > (head cock etc as mentioned in the LMO).
His job responsibilities are,
<as required by ur Employer in Canada >

some thing is this format you can ask ur friend to make. Try to include a restaurant stamp as well. Also notarize this from any lawyer locally.

This would be more than sufficient

Thank god I thought may be we have to do it all those , I will make d letter head with d name of my friend restaurent for me And I will let sign it with my friend ! i will edit few things and i type exactly wht u said in the last post and I will try to add land number & I make a stamp on his restaurent name!

Notarise means lawyer sign is ok ..., but how we do tht format bro

Bro ! In property assets when we r notarising with Charted Acountant do we can show our relatives land and property? etc.... With their permission ...!

Tomaroe my planner is comming to valuate property and land and he will give certificate of valuation and I will go to do notarise with CA , to show tht I have strong ties with my home country ! Wht u say ?
