I completed 3 years BACHELORS OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT
AND 34 months experience in England and in India , is this experience is enough to me bro for my next application

As i see from the LMO it is stating ""Several years of commercial cooking experience are required" but it is not saying a specific minimum years of experience.

Also it is mentioned " Completion of college or other program in cooking " but it is not mentioning whether it is 4 years college or less.

I think you should ask your employer to clarify these points.

On an average if not mentioned in the LMO, 2 yrs of experience is required. This I came to know from an reputed Immigration agent who process PR related issues.
But if applying for work permit, the Exp should match with the experience mentioned in the LMO.
What I mean by this is, when an Employer applies for LMO, in their request form, in one of the column then have to mention minimum exp required for the post.
This information is available to the VO when he enters ur LMO no.
He then matches all the information in the LMO with the documents you have provided.
So I would suggest you get the information from ur Employer and then show the same experience if not more.

My 1st application was refused due to the reason "You r not able 2 demonstrate that u adequately meet the job requirements of ur prospective employment" the same reason as of urs

I have applied again on 7th Oct. got AOR in 9th Oct..
Still waiting for an update.

Did they won't accept training certificates as experience ? Becoz one of my certificate was a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE Certificate of 12 months from d [ hotel LSG sky chefs] , is it not a experience certificate ? That means my experience will be only 22 months which I worked only in England and not accepted d India experience ..., Probably that is d 1st one of d reason tht Im not able to demonstrate that u adequately meet d job requirements of my prospective employment

consult your employer and legal consultant and they can study the reasons and see how to prepare a good file.

Get more information from Sky chefs.
What I mean is,, only a management trainee certificate doesn't show that you were working full time for sky chefs. Documents like,offer letter, joining letter, confirmation letter, salary offered to you, salary slips, bank statement in which the salary was credited, resignation letter, experience letter stating ur nature of work in sky chefs.
These documents will convince VO that though ur designation was Management Trainee, but you were working full time for Sky chefs as their Employee and hence ur have gained full time experience there.

Try to get the above documents for all ur previous companies where you have worked.

Also include Income Tax Return documents or form 16 of all ur previous companies. The IT return form also convinces the VO of proof of Employment.
I hope you understood my point.

Damn omg!! Anyway its not possible but I will try to get reference letter , joining letter. Releaving letter , but I can't get pay slips i lost it and bank statement which d salary is credited , I closed tht bank account when iam moving to England becoz I already hav 2 accounts !! Uffff so much shiitt I have to sort out bro

Try to get as much documents as possible if not all for all the previous Employers you have worked with.
Though I personally feel loosing pay slips and not including them could be a concern. Just try to search ur old emails, hard disk, old files, laptop , PC etc some where or the other you might have accidentally left a copy of any one of ur previous salary slips ?
Just try to search for one. Give it ur best shot. Search everywhere. If after that also if not available we can think of some other alternatives.

I scanned all of myhouse,laptop,hard disks , mails,etc etc... for upto 5 hrs,tiered brother no chance to found payslips and bank statements,and others papers except this management trainee experience certificate related to LSG Sky chefs one..... :'( :'( becoz it was since 3 years ago immposible to find ! damn my fate is not good i think....!

now I have offer letter, job description papers,pay slips of last 3 months, expernce,reference,releaving, tax returns,everything of for 22 months which I worked in England , except this LSG :'( :'(

i will try to get reference [ which states nature of work & my abilities ], relieving [ resigntion ], job offer letter [ which include duties and responsibilities of my job ] but its not possible to get these aswell ... If not wht we do bro ?.

Try to get any single document from LSG which proves that you had joined LSG as an employee and you were paid for ur work.
Offer letter , or relieving letter etc. Try to get in touch with any friend / colleague of urs in LSG (if possible) to help you out.
Other alternative is, you send an official mail to the LSG HR(send the mail to official mail of the HR). Explain ur situation to them, and request then ur exp certificate on urgent basis. ry to call them and speak to the HR.
In the mail clearly mention ur joining date, ur last date of work, ur dept, ur reporting manager, ur employee code etc.
Also you can attach ur training certificate also. If they reply you then things are good but if not, then at least you can attach the copy of the mail(you had sent to the HR) in ur TWP application and you can include a cover letter addressed to VO explaining him that you had worked in LSG from so n so date, but unfortunately you have lost the documents. You have mailed the same to LSG HR to get ur documents but they have not replied you back. etc etc.
But in this case it will depend on the VO whether he would consider ur mail / cover letter or not. At least we can give it a try.
Try ur best to get any sort of document from LSG or else we can go for the other alternative as mentioned.

I already approached one of my frind who worked before, he said he will try to help to get few of from these reference, reliving, job description [ including how much paid] , i already got LSG sky chefs mangmnt trinee exp. certificate but salary slips nd bnk stmnts r not possible to get becoz it was been ages tht I was out from LSG

He said he try but not sure ! But there is a hope...!
And comes to experience 2 years is enough for d post cook , I said this guy try to put needed exp. in my next LMO for 22 months experience required for d post of cook ...
