Hi My Dear BRILLIANT FRIENDS and seniors!xx

plz plz Iam so sad ( becoz my TRV for work permit as cook in alberta region at ESMONTON has been refused In INDIA at newdelhi ( I would like 2 reapply , d reasons for refusal and not satisfied of **** visa officer !!

These r d following reasons r marked x symbol (
1. You r not able 2 demonstrate tht u adequately meet the job requirements of ur prospective employment [ it's a million dollar question to me ? ]
2. Ur family ties in Canada and in country of ur residence [ i don't have any of my family r relatives in Canada]
3. Your current employment situation [ I'm currently unemployed , but I hav 34 months exp. in England and in India, is we must employed at d place Whr we applying visa?]
4.your personal assests and financial status . [ help me how to overcome on this problem ]

ans: You have to show the VO that you the the total experience as listed in the LMO. For E.g, if in the LMO it is mentioned that minimum 5 years of Exp is req, you have to show that you have min 5 yrs exp in the Job listed(NOC Code) in the LMO. This you can do with the help of Previous employee reference letters, offer letters, contract duration, salary slips, experience letters etc etc. The total exp shown with the above documents should match with the Exp stated in the LMO. Also any training certificate or specialization course in ur field would be an added advance.

2. Ur family ties in Canada and in country of ur residence [ i don't have any of my family r relatives in Canada]

ans:The VO means that he is not satisfied that you have enough people / family members / relatives in India which would tempt you to come back to India after completing ur work permit. Are u married??
In the family information form, you have to clearly mention ur total family members in India and their current occupation. Also I would suggest that you show the VO enough proofs like bank statements in India, any property, land home in ur name, any mutual funds etc which could convince the VO that you have enough ties in India to come back after completion of ur work permit. I also would like u to include a cover letter showing all the information and convincing that you would return after the work permit.

3. Your current employment situation [ I'm currently unemployed , but I hav 34 months exp. in England and in India, is we must employed at d place Whr we applying visa?]

ans: This is a very big issue. And until n unless you resolve this, there is a very less chance that you would get the visa. Unemployed in ur home country for a VO means that, the applicant would definitely not return back as this shows that there are very few job opportunities in the home country of the applicant. I know this is a bit weird but this is how is written in their rule books. Jobless applicants are very rarely entertained by the VO. If possible show them you are currently employed or else try to make a very strong cover letter and give them a very valid and convincing reason that why are u currently unemployed.

4.your personal assets and financial status . [ help me how to overcome on this problem ]

ans: I am not sure y this issue has been raised becoz for arrange employments, VO don't see the financial status of the applicant has its understood that ur Employer will be paying u good to cover ur expenses.
But to over come this problem and also to over come most of the above problems, Try to get a cover letter addressing to the VO in CIC NEW DELHI EMBASSY from ur Employer in Canada. In the Cover letter ask ur employer to clearly mention,
a) Salary offered to you + any benefits if applicable
b) cover letter mentioning why they need you and how you are important to them to grow their business and help other Canadians etc etc.
c) how ur skills will help ur employer.
d) IF ur Employer knows u r currently unemployed then ask them to mention a note that, although they know u r currently unemployed but still y they think you can be an asset to them etc etc.


Hope I have managed to clear ur doubts to some extent.

In the LMO thy didn't mentioned any experience how much u need, but I hav 22 months experience in England and 12 months in India at LSG sky-chefs as a management trainee as a commis chef and 5 months industrial training exp. in India at green park hotel, probably d VO don't except training as a experience ?

I already started working with d planner and Charted accountant on my property to show in affidavit but it was not under my name , becoz I'm only 24 and I'm not married, it was on my dad name.. I need help in this hard time .

I'm a stupid if I know about this forum before applying to visa , I could know many things about how to sort things out,

I showed BANK BALANCE FIXED DEPOSIT like upto $5500 [3 lakhs] from 2 months and it was still in bank....,but it was JOINT ACCOUNT under d name of my dad and mine is it ok? R it should be personal account of mine..........!

And about current employment I came back 4m ENGLAND to India on may 6th 2012 , now wht I'm gng to do is my frind is already opened a restaurant so I can get experience , reference , relieving letters from him, d dought is from which date to and an end date I have to mention ? Please send ur valuable thoughts , ans and information u know !

When ever the Employer apply for LMO, they have to mention minimum exp required for the post. Please check with ur employer and try to get proofs to match the exp.

Try to get a reference letter from Green Park Hotel for 5 months ur duration of work. In the reference letter ask them to mention ur work done during that period( I suppose ur work in the hotel is the same as required by ur Canadian Employer).

You cant show ur work experience as Chartered Accountant as it definitely doesn't match with ur Canadian Employer.

Bank accounts is not a problem as the letter from ur Canadian Employer as mentioned in my previous post will cover it.
But if possible try to get the back statement of all the banks for the period when you were working showing the salary being credited every month in ur account. It could also act as proof of Employment.

For Current Employment, you have to be careful. As you have already showed the VO that you are currently unemployed, try not to get any proof of employment for that period as it will raise doubt in his mind.
When did you apply ur 1st package??
I would suggest you that, if you had applied in Sept 2012, then you can get the exp, ref , joining letters from ur friends restaurant from Oct 1 2012. This will convince the VO that while applying previously u were unemployed but after that you got a job and now you are employed and there will be no issue.
Also try to get all the documents notarized by any lawyer as attested documents carries much more relevance that normal scan documents.

Now iam not showing work exp. with charted accountant I'm only showing my house , my land., etc but it was not under my name, is it ok ? if it is on my dad name, becoz after tht it belongs only to me na

Any way it will take 10 to 15 days reapply so I can show tht I got a job in 1st November and now i will be employed on nov ........! on 10 th r 15 th i can reapply ri8

Yeah, that a good Idea.

Regarding, Land ,House, If you can add ur name in the documents then if would be great. As you have some time with you, then if possible try to include ur name as well in the legal documents, this will make ur case much stronger.
I know after ur DAD everything belongs to you, but the VO works of the facts and not on assumptions

I also wanted to know that you mentioned ur Employer is now processing a new LMO for you right??
Getting a successful LMO it self takes 4-6 weeks, then how can you apply by 15th NOV??
Is ur new LMO currently under process as we speak??

Yhh surely!! It's Alberta region at Edmonton , my consultant says he gonna send it in 15 -20 days , when my previous LMO was expired he sent d new one in a week...! Xxxx
