Really ... then y he said like that .., tht he spoke with the lawyer we can't apply that for upto 6 months even if we found differnt employer we have have to wait untill 6 months becoz of my rejection

These are the reasons for rejection earlier..,

1. You r not able 2 demonstrate tht u adequately meet the job requirements of ur prospective employment
2. Ur family ties in Canada and in country of ur residence [ i don't have any of my family r relatives in Canada]
3. Your current employment situation.
4.your personal assests and financial status .

In the refusal letter I received as TRV applicant the last paragraph says that:
"This application is closed and not subject for reconsideration. The decision is final. Any new information you wish to provide must be submitted with a new application and processing fee. Should you wish to reapply, I would suggest that you do so only if your situation has changed substantively or you have significant new information to submit."


A TWP applicant got refused post this:
"i have not satisfied them that i will leave canada by the end of the period authorized for my stay because i have not demonstrated ties to Philippines that satisfy them of my intention to return..
but it says that if there is any significant new information that i would like to be considered, i am welcome to re-apply. Where possible, a different officer will be assessing the application."

In my opinion, there are no clearing period nor mandated date to reapply.

The bank draft must have been issued in the past two months.?

To avoid confusion when you go to your bank (NCB), the form that you will fill up is for "DEMAND DRAFT". Some of the branches here in the kingdom will not understand ou when you say bank draft. Tell them you will use it for payment in your application to Canadian Embassy.
This will be included in your application package that you will send via courier to CIC-Riyadh.

JB is right.. all depends on ur refusal letter what does it says. At the end of the refusal letter they will mention clearly whether you can re apply or not.

They mentioned same as usual for all refused once bro..

This is what they mentioned guys... There is no mandatory period .. no need to wait for six months, So I hope I can apply at anytime if I have LMO.., but y my agent is saying like this!

I think ur agent doesn't know the rules completely.

Just ask him why the lawyer is asking to wait for 6 months??

Tell him that some of ur friends who have been refused with the same reasons have already re applied. So whats different in ur case??

I want to leave this Canada thing and to do something else ! I had an offer to go on cruise , thinking about tht what u say raj Anna !

Is it possible for you to speak to the Lawyer Directly??
IF yes then directly call ur lawyer and ask the exact reason. Also mention to them that ur friends with same refusal have already re applied then whats so different in ur case??

Yes @ Ran1432020, Rajaryan is right.

Try talking directly to your lawyer that you can already provide proof for the four deficiencies mention by your VO.
In a way, you will know what causes the delay for re applying your TWP.

I think we can follow up on the 8th week (processing time 6 - 8 weeks in CIC - Riyadh).

Rajanna I want to do one thing next month in India I think Canada is accepting applications for PR In Alberta region andaswell throughout the country.., I woul like to apply for that instead if waiting 6 months for LMO and etc...
Which they were reduced processing time in india from 8,9 months to only 4 months ., hope this will work what u say bro., I need ur's honourable help to complete this successfull PR application !
