i will just send it as soon as i arrived in the philppines because my flight will be this sat..i dont want to have a conflict between my pasport and my flight since im not sure how long my passport will stay in the embassy..so just to make sure i will send it from the philppines..

hi.. just want to share my experience.. i send email to the cic riyadh last sunday stating that i want to change my mailing address since i will go exit this april 5, 2014..after 2 hrs of waiting they replied me that if i will go final exit i need to withdraw my application here in cic riyadh and apply again in cic manila.. so what i did, i inform my employer in canada, then she called the embassy but there is nothing they can do..we are hopeless..my employer was about to cry because we are almost at the end,suddenly it will turned out into nothing.. so we made a decision to withdraw my application here and re apply in cic manila..in short need to start all over again.. so this morning i send an email to the cic riyadh to withdraw my application and i stated also to return immediately all my documents including my medical result because i will use it in my re-application in manaila..then this lunch time i receive their reply asking for my passport to finalize my case.. but i will send it as soon as i arrived in the philppines since i cant borrow it from my company.....thanks GOD.. at the end His will always prevails..if it meant to be it will be.. just keep the faith burning to those who are waiting.. for sure it will come at the right time...

So it means the CIC Riyadh agreed that you can send your passport from philippines?

-i also have almost same situation with AJT... im having some trouble thinking on how can i get my passport if ever the CIC Riyadh will request for it coz my current employer WILL NEVER ALLOW ME TO HAVE MY PASSPORT BARROWED. so as early as now im really searching for answers or ways how can i send my passport for visa stamping.

These are the things that come to my mind.

1. I will resign and wait for the passport request in the phil. (But since AJT already told that the CIC Riyad will advice to widthraw the application and reapply...this choice was eliminated in my list.

2. Wait for the passport request and will take an emergency leave back to phil. And send my passport from phil to cic riyadh.
-but is it possible to do this thing? Is the CIC Riyadh will allow me to send the passport from Phil if ever? Can I inform them that im on vacation when i received the passport request and tell them that i will send my passport from phil to riyadh?


Coz in my situation it is really IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO BORROW my PASSPORT. this how SELFISH my current employer is. :/

ANYONE WHO DID SOMETHING LIKE THIS? Need some advice and info. Thanks!

-we'll keep on praying that all our visa will be approved.

Option 2 is possible. Isn't it your father is in Saudi right now? Maybe he can help you with your problem. Or maybe if passport request is there, you go for resignation but then you must stay in Saudi Arabia until the time you receive the passport with visa stamp from the Canadian Embassy. I suggest your point of entry must be in Saudi Arabia because if you come back to the Philippines, maybe it will take time for PDOS, POLO and the like. This is the best option I can see at the moment.

-im also thinking of that option but my problem with this thing is am i not going to have any problem to the immigration? I mean if i will resign, my employer will process my exit visa (addressed to the phil.with the specific date) and will booked a flight to phil... then i will not go exit on that date and will go to my dad (who is also in saudi) so i can send my passport to cic riyadh (so im like hiding until i got the passport with stamp)... and after i received the passport with visa and have a flight going to canada... am i not going to have any problem with immigration/airport of saudi arabia? Isnt it i need an exit visa? This is kinda frustrating. :/

i didnt inform the embassy that i will send my passport from the philippines..the embassy send me a message this morning in my mobile number that i need to submit my pasport before april 21.. so i still have time.. i will just send it thru aramex philipines since its the only courrier there (i think) accepted by the cic riyadh.. i read in previous post in this forum and in abudabi that some of our kababayan send there pasport from the phil going here.. so far it worked.. hopefully

NO.. it is not possible since u need the medical request from the embassy... they will send it thru email.. just wait for that first then have it print and present it to the hospital where you plan to have ur medical..

This is it. I just received an email and update from mycic account. Got a medical and pcc request. Just 19 days after the date of my submission. ^_^
