WORK PERMIT APPLICATION - CIC RIYADH Saudi Arabia APPLICANT

Dear Lerrie,
I am a applicant based in Jeddah,KSA.i sent my documents through aramex on 17th of march 2014 in abudhabi to apply TWP and they delivered to canadian embassy in Abudhabi on 19th march.But recently i heard in this forum that they wont accept my application because i need to submit in Riyad not Abudhabi so is this true?According to my employer i did this to make visa stampped fast,

Yes, SHB is ok. Only Al Jazira bank is not accepted in Canada. U can go to the bank and ask for bank draft payable to the "Receiver General for Canada" in the amount of CAD$150.

hi again sister..okay thank you.. i will make bank draft to SHB... your application is also for live in caregiver right? i checked on the checklist for live in caregiver needed requirements... and i have a question about that family information completed and signed... what do they mean for that my father .. mother and my sister will have signature there? please answer because im confused thank you...

Yes i am applying for LCP, u just write the names of your parents, sisters and brothers there, their dates of birth, present job and address. No need for signature

[/quote)Sorry i dont have any idea about this case, maybe this is ok as long as they will process your papers and your papers are complete. You mean that you sent your passport also in abu dhabi?

No i didnt sent my original passport,just all the documents and bank drafts.I am just worried when i heard they wont accept my application becasue i am currently working in Jeddah so i should apply from Riyadh.Please let me know if you get idea from your friend.

all right.. i thought their signatures also are needed.. what province are you applying?.. me vancouver but im still at 3rd week for my lmo approval.. (waiting game) are you just waiting for your visa now? so its 4 months now since you submitted your documents.. it means your application is fast? isnt it?

Maybe, its better to send an enquiry to CIC Abu Dhabi.

Yes i sent enquiry already so waiting for their response.Please let me know if you know something....otherwise i will submit my application to Riyadh in canadian embassy.As i didnt submit any original docuemnts to abudhabi just zerox copy at all.I need to make bank draft only.

my workplace is alberta. I had submitted all the needed requirements and medical was done, i am waiting for my visa but i noticed since 3 wks ago that they are didnt send any updates to us. Maybe system down??? Im on my 4 months and 1/2 processing and waiting.

U mean that u didnt send the bank draft in your mail? They will not process ur papers if its lacking. U need to submit the original bank statement and certificate of employment on your present job. Why it took u so far to submit your papers vfs global is just there in abeer bldg king abdullah road. U cant go directly to canadian embassy riyadh, u follow the instruction on the website. Its either u will apply online or go to the nearest cvac and submit your requirements there.

hi.. just want to share my experience.. i send email to the cic riyadh last sunday stating that i want to change my mailing address since i will go exit this april 5, 2014..after 2 hrs of waiting they replied me that if i will go final exit i need to withdraw my application here in cic riyadh and apply again in cic manila.. so what i did, i inform my employer in canada, then she called the embassy but there is nothing they can do..we are hopeless..my employer was about to cry because we are almost at the end,suddenly it will turned out into nothing.. so we made a decision to withdraw my application here and re apply in cic manila..in short need to start all over again.. so this morning i send an email to the cic riyadh to withdraw my application and i stated also to return immediately all my documents including my medical result because i will use it in my re-application in manaila..then this lunch time i receive their reply asking for my passport to finalize my case.. but i will send it as soon as i arrived in the philppines since i cant borrow it from my company.....thanks GOD.. at the end His will always prevails..if it meant to be it will be.. just keep the faith burning to those who are waiting.. for sure it will come at the right time...
