My due vacation will be on May 18, 2014 for 50 days. I also processed my NBI in our embassy at Riyadh but then they will only release it next week. I wrote in the purpose is for EMPLOYMENT ABROAD. I am not sure if maybe they will do the same thing like what happened to you. It is very expensive considering also the time and cost of travel just to go to the Philippine Embassy. Yes i spent more money because the one they are giving is not a green copy and theres a fault with cvac jeddah, they required me to give police cert at the time i passed my papers then it expired. I applied via online but I read some previous threads about bank draft. You may avail through Riyadh Bank and NCB. Some requires you to open a savings account to them but for some no need. You just have to be patient and visit this banks one by one and decide which one suits best for you.onekeiz said:

as what instructed to me by cvac they are accepting bank drafts from any banks except al jazira, but it depends to the bank here in madina all banks will not give bank draft then i open an account in riyadh bank and go to jeddah. There, even small branch if you talk to the manager, he will give a bank draft immediately just deposit the amount of SR600.onekeiz said:

Yes, SHB is ok. Only Al Jazira bank is not accepted in Canada. U can go to the bank and ask for bank draft payable to the "Receiver General for Canada" in the amount of CAD$150.onekeiz said:
