i got the 1st AOR on 22nd Feb i have to submit my all documents before 21 june but i regret to say that i have given ielts 5 times but could not get 14 marks instead got 7 bands with L7 R7 W7 S6 latest result now shall i windraw the application and whats the procedure or shall i send the same result ??which will result me the immgiration fee return ????

ACCORDING TO ME SEND THE SCORE OF YOUR IELTS WITH THE UPDATED WORK EXPERIENCE AND TRY TO CALCULATE THE SCORE BASED ON NEW WORK EXPERIENCE.

IF YOU ARE VERY CLOSE TO 67 (65 OR 66) THEN I WILL SUGGEST YOU TO GO AHEAD AND SUBMIT IELTS RESULT BECAUSE IF YOUR FILE IS REJECTED IN INITIAL REVIEW AT LOCAL VISA OFFICE THEN ALSO YOU WILL GET FULL APPLICATION FEES BACK.

SO, ACCORDING TO ME, YOU SHOULD TAKE A CHANCE IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE YOURSELF IN CANADA.......

AND IF YOU MADE UP YOUR MIND THEN WRITE A WITHDRAWAL LETTER TO YOUR LOCAL VISA OFFICE AND THE WILL GIVE YOU FURTHER INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO GET REFUND........

You should not withdraw application.. submit the best score IELTS to CIC.

I would also like to advice you to go ahead with your completre app alonwith your best IELTS result...... Inshallah luck will favour you... if there s any problem than they will tell you so at elibility review and you will be able to get the refunds and apply again at later stage.

1. You get 12 points for IELTS so if you don't have 67 points your application will be refused and you won't get a refund. So your choice.

I would suggest you to take the test again u need to improve listening and speaking. For speaking u just need to follow their structure how to anawer to get a high score try to use high level word during the interview and u will find lot of topics on the net practice them before appearing at the exam.This will help u lot that i can say from my experience.

if you dont get full points of IELTS and its near to 65 or 66 points means <67 points, I encourage you to submit your application, I know some people from my group they awarded 65 points and get PR and setteled 1year ago in toronto under NOC 0213. thats why I get ready to apply for FSW PR visa, my points will be 67 with IELTS but I dont know about my latest result, if I dont get full points 67 then I will sure apply with less points of 65 or 66.

Thank you all . for ur precious time ,.. i have my points like 65 i already got maximum points of work experience that is four years and the points i m lacking is IELts thats the thing i have appeared and always got same marks that is 7 bands some times i got more in listening and less in reading some times more in speaking and less in writing but i didn't got all high in any off them latest i got L7 R7 W7 S7 . i don't know what to do ? shall i withdraw if did that atleast i will get my refund or if i go with 65 points i don't know they might return the funds or not ..?already given IElts 6 times which also cost alot .. any how guys thanks for ur replies really appreciate..

i got 1 month ? don't got any gurl to marry and do u think i shall use some one for that ??and if i do no one will marry me for a specific reason if i don't tell her even then there is a problem when i will ask for the declarations and copies etc? .. although i m thinking about it at a last resort.is this a possibility that i justify my points with IELTS as i got same bands but high in some module and other high in other ?? can i justify that i know good english but the think is that my luck isn't allowing me to get all high in one test ..

Dear q2hassan,

If you go ahead in submitting your IELTS with less points you will get rejection and you will not get refund.

if you want to withdraw your application then write a letter to local visa office for widrawing you will get refund within 4 to 6 weeks.

thanks .. but if i mentioned less like in the intial stages i wrote and tick 3 high and one medium if i change it and mention 2 high and one medium is it possible then they can return back the refund ?? coz they will intialy check whether i m eligible or not ?? is my thinking wrong or right ???

dear q2hassan,

what you ticked in initial application doesn't matter if what you have ticked and not produce proof of that to local visa office you will get rejection and NO refund.

If you are planning to submmit your application then submit your application and menwhile you retake IELTS still if you didn't get desire results withdraw your application.
