As long as you remain as Post secondary student, you will be fine. No issues at all. Just Change DLI number after you change college. NO GAP allowed otherwise you will not receive 3 years work permit instead 1 year workpermit

You can attach whatever documents you want to attach it Add explanation section. Write forwarding letter and mentioned all documents you are going to attach as encl. Make entire file size is less than 4 MB.
