Forgot to Upload IELTS Score in Online Application?

I've forgot to Upload IELTS Score in an Letter to Explanation column of Online form. What to do now? Its been over 5 weeks since i applied for my application and last week i've received an email from Delhi Embassy stating Student Acknowledgment letter. What does that mail mean? Kindly suggest i'm in deep stress right now
