You do not need to send above documents at the initial stage u only need to fill all application forms up and fees. Passport copy, self label mailing address.

you will not only get ponit for job on the 38 list but also job fall under skill type O and level A and B. So you will get points for both.

Both are acceptable now academic or general.

If u have ref letter that's great i would suggest you to provide as many documents as possible such as pay slip,employment contract,pay rise or review paper so make ur case more genuine n not to cast any doubt to the visa officer.
