What documents do I need to send to CIO?

Do I need the following as and when am submiting my application to CIO?
1. Proof of fund
2. IELTS result
3. Transcriipts (for self and wifey)
4. Proof of relation in Canada

Please I have all my documents intact but just want to be sure what to send at what stage.

Dear friend,
Please, check the check-list.
It's all written there: application forms, copy of the applicant's passport, labels with your address and payment.
Nothing else.

You do not need to send above documents at the initial stage u only need to fill all application forms up and fees. Passport copy, self label mailing address.
