Withdrawal of Refugee Claim

Hi, can anyone tell me how they got their passport from CBSA after receiving the withdrawal confirmation form? I’ve been trying to contact them but the number they gave me at the immigration office is not connecting. I really need to leave Canada real quick. If there’s any other number or email I can call please kindly drop it here, thanks

Yes I am through with the process. I have been back in my home country since July . I sent and email with the withdrawal to my lawyer but it was taking to long yo get a response so I went in myself and toke the same form to the office and explained that I needed to leave asap. I also called continuously
