One of the August applicants just recently had theirs returned, so based on that it looks like it's about 5-6 weeks with the current timelines. But like others say, who knows, it's different for everyone.

AOR processing time is 8-10 weeks right now according to CIC so they will either return the application for being incomplete or assign a file number to it in this time frame. I have heard people getting incomplete package in 4 weeks too but 10 weeks is the maximum.
