Thanks everybody. It is really surprising that CIO takes 5 months to basically skim through documents and make sure everything is there. Hopefully the remaining stages will be faster. I hope everybody will get there AOR soon specially those folks that need it for BOWP.

Did anybody call CIC on this? I am an AINP certificate holder and I called them to see if they can verify my nomination to CIC but did not give me a clear answer. Anybody else called their provinces / CIC to get some clarifications? Thanks

It is definitely a grey area. We can discuss it for years and not get anywhere. I suggest calling CIC and asking them about this case. With this new system, there are lots of unknowns and I see people in various topics fighting over who is right and who is wrong! The fact is nobody knows.
