Yes. My friend(Kiranmayi) has received on 06th April. Actually her PR card was mailed on 04th April and surprisingly with in 2 days she received that. My card was also mailed on the same day, but i didn't receive it yet :(.

I just got off the call with CIC and they have mentioned that they have sent my card for production yesterday and not sure how long it will take to get in my hand. btw i landed on 29th April.

sorry for confusion. I was referring passport request prior landing.

I mean during the time they request for passport to issue VISA, they also asked for 2 photos with the dimension 50mm*70mm. I have seen the same photo on COPR and i didn't give any during landing.

I landed on 29th April and basically i was requested for photos along with the Passport. I am hoping that i would not be requested for photos again.
