Dear friends,

I just want to ask you information related with MPNP General.

My sister in law live in Toronto and my husband visit her before he marry me. But we have a lot of close friends in manitoba. So in what way I will convene them. Please is it good not to disclose that fact in the application.

it will be difficult for you not to disclosed it becasue your husband had previously visited your sister in law in canada already, so, im sure that he has given a tourist visa before. this is very easy to track in their system.

however, this is just my opinion. other senior members can also share better opinions to your concern.

I have a question though, the immig officer told our endorser that SHE or WE will get a notification thru email?? Any idea what will that be? I felt that it is very unlikely to receive a notification from them aftr the intrvw. Only thing i can think of is a notifcation that my sponsor is not capable to sponsor hence i am not waiting for an loa but for an lor.. Share me your thoughts please.. I am really worried

LOA and LOR are being sent through normal mail. If the notification will be coming through email then it might be some additional documents.

during my 1st application, i also received an LOR through mail , but they have given me 2 months to comply with my issues. they do not do immediate rejection.

they are compassionate and understand that the application needs a lot of details to consider. so , it is only normal for applicants to commit mistake during the application.

you have to ask your sponsor again and clarify if they said "email" or "mail" ?

I agree with ramcal here, since there is already a record with the immigration system, they will be able to find out that you have a closer relationship in another province. So, you would need to disclose this on your application.

Thanks ramcal. I am actually preparing myself in case i get an lor.,. My instinct tells me there is something wrong. Hopemundont mind me asking. What was the grounds of ur lor from ur first applction?

there were 2 grounds of my LOR, 1 is not enough funds and the other one was IELTS. .. i am not a member of any forum at that time, thats the reason why I did not get any good advice from anyone. They have given me 2 months to comply . So, i comply with the funds but I didnot comply with IELTS, since I used to travel a lot , i made a xerox copy of all the visas that i have and put it into my justification letter.

after sometime, they have informed me through mail about the final decision ( through LOR)...

dont worry. im sure that whatever the reason for this email notification, it is something that you can correct.

by the way, how the status of your cousin? i mean, is she stable already (both tenure and financially) ? you can also ask your cousin about the actual interview, did she feel that she answered all the questions ? how long was the interview?

Quite hard to explain. She's not the dig-into-details kind of person. She's the question answer type lol. Im kinda aloof she's my husband's cousin. I couldnt ask her what exactly what happened. I will try though. On the loghter note, i think spshe's stable. She was able to fund her mom's travel, (tourist visa-just recently) they have their own house, she has two kids, i am not sure if it pushed through but i think she applied to become a foster parent, she has two jobs callcenter and in a bank. I feel that she is. However, there are a lot of them in d house lol. Her sister in law and d fmily her mom and 2kids, will that b a problem?
