From the timelines I've seen, passports are being issued in 20 business days (regular, mail-in applications). Not 60 days. A delay might mean something like 25 business days but not beyond that. For most applicants, passports were dispatched before the 20th business day.
Your file has been transferred from Sydney to Windsor but no processing has been done by the Windsor office since March 17th, 2021. That is the reason why you see "Registry" in History 1.

Oath: You know how cic works as usual on rolling the dice hence no certainty. Same gamble of short to long waiting period hence no one knows if its short but surely less wait of test invite(i hope to finish this process this year, will see).
Passport: Not going to apply this year. I am not sure when to apply, still confused on when. Will figure out next year hence not worried about the last step.
Is your file location, registry? Same for me and my wife based on the recent gcms notes. So it seems that officer can just pickup the file and update too. Good luck to you to get test invite. Seems they have sent many invites last month and could see that its coming this month too at same pace hence you might get it this month since they have sent for few after your application date. Will see.
Its all zig zag. No logic/sequence. It doesnt seem to be on background check dates. Also couple of posts on getting test invite without even BG completed. Also there was no officer assigned just few weeks ago(based on our last notes last month) hence thinking that its just with the officer who needs to pickup the file to review(which changes all logics upside down and moves fast).

Can you confirm when did you get the email from IRCC informing you about Citizenship application online tracker ?
I received that email on June 15th (the email letting me know that there's a new status dashboard). My dashboard was updated on June 21st, I did NOT see any updates until after 10 AM on June 22nd (I've checked multiple times). Received the test invite email yesterday.
