Will Immigration Canada Accept This Shadow On PR Photo?

Is the shadow on this photo a problem or is it small enough that immigration canada won't care? My husband lives out of the country and he'll have to get it retaken and mailed to me if it isn't sufficient.

I'd say that shadow has a high chance of being rejected. Compare to this pamphlet

Just get a new photo if you are concerned. The cost and time of a rejected application far outweighs the minor inconvenience of getting a new photo.
