will CSE delay my e-apr ??

I submitted my e-apr 7 days ago from my home country outside of canada yesterday i am back in canada so should i have to send a CSE saying that my country of residence is changed now and most probably i'll get job this week should i have to mention that also is it really mandatory??

Send a CSE with your new address. When you get a job, send another CSE mentioning your new job.
