My name is Mero from Egypt , I am married since 1 year with a canadian citizenby birth . she was a born in Quebec in 1991 , and she left canada while she was 8 years old .
we are living together in Egypt , she is trying to sponsor me and our 2 months baby , I have some questions and please help me because I stayed times looking for somone with the same sitiuation . by the way we are planning to reside in quebec .
1- As our baby will get soon the canadian nationality , should we include him in the IMM ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION ? OR in IMM 0008 GENERIC APPLICATION FOR CANADA ? or in the Application for selection certificate A-0520 of Quebec?

2- should she fill in the form of FINANCIAL CAPACITY EVALUATION for Quebec? (she didnot even visit canada since (1996)

3- In the IMM 5540 , they ask about (proof of your intention to reestablish in canada ) , if we get a letter from her canadian uncle living in quebec , or his brother that who live there too , will this letter help us till we can get jobs is that enough ?

4- during filling the undertaking IMM 1344 , as she is unemployed , my question is if we are going to deposit money or save money in bank account is that enough to cover these basic need mentioned ? if so ,
- should we deposit the money in my or in her bank account and
- how much is minimum required for me , her and our 2 months baby ?

If this is for CSQ, then you need to read CSQ's guidelines to work out if it's required. If it's IMM1283 that you are referring to, then no, you only need that if your dependent child has dependent children of their own.

If she get a job offer and her uncle mention that we can live with him till we can depend on our selves , I mean he will support us during the first months .
Is thht enough to cover the undertaking and our basic needs? and also by this way we can proof her intention to restablish in canada?

I mean what should we do by these points in concrete
1- undertaking .....deposit money in bank account ? or job offer ? or letter of her uncle ?
and if we deposit money should we just give bank statment of the previous 12 months or just statment that indicate that she has x money without shedding light on for how long she has this money STABLE ?
2- The deposition of that money should be amount per amount , bit by bit or we Take that whole x amount and make the deposition ?

There is no minimum income requirement for your wife to sponsor you. That's it.

For proof of intent to return, read what I posted above. Job offer, letter from uncle, etc, all helps. This information is also in CIC's guidelines.

Could you please send me how we could proof her intention to restablish in canada in a form of letter .

I phoned her uncle living in canada since 15 years and he asked me to tell him how and where could he write this letter.

Could you please send me a draft text or format for such a letter , so we can depend on it fillin up his information , his address , our nemaes ???? and should we legalize it in notary....I am sorry for asking you but really I do not know how to do it because of language problem.

I will not do it for you, no.

There's no set text. He just has to write a letter. He should state his relationship to you, and how he plans to support you when you move. There's no set text because the letter should be genuine, not filled out of some template. It does not have to be notarized, but if you want to do it then you can, but there's no requirement, it would be just if it's something you want to do. (I'd personally just save the money. My parents wrote us a similar letter when we were applying and we didn't bother having it notarized. He should include all his contact info, CIC can call him if they want.)
