Who will receive the ECA report

I am applying for Canada Immigration. Just want to know who will receive the Education Credential Assesment.
Because its very hard to follow up with my university. Just want to know WES send the report to us or not.
What about ICAS agency. Which agency will send the ECA report to my address or my mail.

WES will send the ECA report to your address if you provide this in their application form.

WES will send it to your address Only!! They will not send it to any other place.
