I am from India, if the university not providing transcript, can we attest our mark sheets by controller of examination and sealed by university envelope and submit to WES for verification. Is it mandatory we have to submit transcript. But my university telling it will take 3-4 months.

Hi, I am from India and I am MSC computer science qualified and ECA is done for my MSC Degree. But ECA is not done for my graduation ie; BSC computer science. Is it mandatory to do ECA for graduation also if I already done for my post graduation? I want to apply Express Entry Immigration.

What documents need to submit for Education Credential Assesment ? I am post graduate qualified. So post graduate certificate and mark sheet is enough to submit for Education credentail assesment or I need to submit degree certificate along with post graduate certificates?
