I did, if I remember it correctly, the profile asks for certificate/report reference #, and the only difference between the initial reference# and the one on the report (certificate) is the post fix... but I think both should be fine, no clear interpretation given for this...

soft copy is available online through your account itself, it's a sample online report showing the result you've got rather than a soft copy of the actual report you'll get itself.. meaning, you won't get the certificate number you're expecting.. though the certificate number is the reference...

You're not thinking too far, I connect with you on both... The summary on the report says just 'Bachelors Degree (Four years)' which is my highest degree, but the eca-conversion.asp page of cic clears my doubts on this and your other interpretation (double degree) on the eca-conversion page...

for me, it was slightly different!! the regular ref# post-fixed by '/doc' so eg. 4761567/doc on the actual report, but 4761567 was the regular reference #. so I have entered the /doc one
