if you are sending 2 envelopes, then definitely WES request form that University will put inside the stamped sealed envelope should have the reference number. also write the reference number on the envelope. ask University if they can send it directly, tell them you will pay for the courier.

I think they require original itself.

translations should always be notarized (certified) translation, not by self. ie. should bear an affidavit by the translator, and a notarized copy of the original bearing sign & stamp by the translator as well!!

For Armenia, I would suggest get the original & english translation both verified by apostille through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
