I just received an email from CIC asking me to provide with residence history in the last two years. They had asked me this last week also. I replied again. Hope they progress on my application now!

I just got request from CIC for my spouce's updated residence history for the last two years. Is there a specific form which we have to fill out?
Normally if there are any specific forms, CIC will quote the number in their e-mail . There is no such reference in their e-mail...

I put the details in a table format and sent in a word document. CIC hasn't reverted or acknowledged though.

I had applied for GCMS notes 3 times. In all of them, the eligibility-passed, security-not started, criminality-in progress, medical-in-progress

The notes are dated 28th March,2014 and it says medical in progress. Eligibility passed. I applied for GCMS again and they should come end of this week. But last week my eCAS status got updated to medicals received and I don't think GCMS would have this update because it would have last month's status.

No, i have sent PCC along with my initial application, but they have asked again along with Medicals. i have provided PCC and RPRF along with medicals.
